REPRO
At the heart of our Reprographics Department is our
Screen Platerite 4300 computer-to-plate system with fully automated
digital workflow.
The £120,000 system produces up to 20
spotless plates per hour and can hold a 2% dot.
The system is
linked to our Epson 10000 digital proofer - this means that the same
software processes the file, whether it is sent for proofing or for
plating, thus ensuring 100% data integrity. Have you ever signed off a
proof and then when the job is delivered fonts have changed and images
have moved?.......well that won't happen with our system.
We
also use Screen's TRUEFLOW digital workflow software which is based on
a PDF system of file handling. This means that we can accept jobs
produced in almost any software package. For full details of our file

Epson Stylus Pro 10000
The Epson Stylus Pro 10000 produces highly accurate
colour proofs on either Matchprint material or on Epson's own digital
proofing material.
We can also supply proofs in PDF format.
